Theme: The Final Judgment.

May the Peace and Grace from our Lord and Savior be with all of us.

I believe that everyone of us we are hearing sometimes the final day of the earth is coming, and we probably being hearing about the end of the world some many times or very often, some people have supposedly the knowledge by the reading of the cards, or the wisdom by witchcraft or so evil things, which of course is totally false, or the predestination of the Mayans calendar from the end of the edge in 2012, of course we know that Hollywood it is the expert on those thing. They are the Masters on sci-fi Movies,  like the Day after Tomorrow, or the other one 2012 , with the Actor Nicolas Cage, and some many more in the industry.

And they can give us a picture from what they believe about  the end of the days. If we can call it that. And we are really terrified about those movies and things that we hear or seeing on sci-fi movies in the TV news internet etc…. and so many we are afraid about what was happening on the judgment day some could be afraid because they don’t know what is going to happen.

In this particular day we read the account  from St. Matthew verse 25:31-46 and it is very specific of what is going to happen on that Day. Of Judgment.

31 “When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, then he will sit on his glorious throne. 32 Before him will be gathered all the nations, and he will separate people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats. 33 And he will place the sheep on his right, but the goats on the left. 34 Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world[1].

Jesús is talking very clear about His second Coming, the coming of Judgment for all Nations and Languages of the entire world. All the angels will be with Him,  then He will sit on His  glorious throne; as we are hearing from the past weeks all the parables from the account of St. Matthew, Jesús is giving us the reference of this event, we can see this on Matthew 24:30-31 Then will appear in heaven the sign of the Son of Man, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31 And he will send out his angels with a loud trumpet call, and they will gather his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other[2]

The second coming of Jesús Christ it won’t be like the first coming of the Son of Man in the way of humiliation, the first time Jesus came to fulfil the law and the prophets and to give His Life for ramson of the all Nations and languages  of the World, when Jesus came He was Humble and obedient to die in the cross for all of us He was Humiliated in The Cross and die for all our Sins, but also He Was Glorified and Resurrected on third day and now is sitting on His glorious Throne at the right hand of the father in Glory with angels and archangels and on the day of judgment all nations will be reunited with Him, only Kings are seated in Thrones, But Jesus is Our King of  Kings with all His Majesty  He is Reigning the Kingdom of Heaven and that day we will be judge. The one who believe in the Son of Man will be separated into the right to enter in His Kingdom and live eternally and the ones who rejected the message of salvation, the ones who don’t believe in the Son of Man will be separated also to the left, to send them out to the Fire for all the eternity.

So, yes my Beloved Brothers and Sisters we are Kings and Queens we are going to receive the Heritage in His Kingdom, Jesus Christ the Kings of Kings has die for us and giving us a Crown also on the day of Judgment He has Covering us with His Righteousness, when we have received in the waters of holy Baptism Christ has sealed us with His Death and Resurrection and giving us forgiveness,  and also resurrection with Him as He has Promised. When we are hearing the beautiful words when we confess all our sins to God our Father and we are receiving the Words of Forgiveness that have been proclaimed from the Pastor that our Sins have been forgiven, and we have partaken in the Lords Table, Jesus Christ is giving us all His Gifts and Blessings that He have been prepared for all of us, for all the Nations and Languages of the world Jesus Christ had been seeking His Flock of Sheep’s, as a Good Shepperd go out and seek their own, The sheep are here those who do the works of faith which Jesus will recognize as having been done unto him; the goats are those who fail to produce the works of faith, whose works, whatever they are, Jesus cannot recognize as having been done unto him. Needless difficulties are encountered by playing one set of passages such as John 3:18; 5:24, which exempt the believers from judgment, against another set of passages such as John 5:29; Rom. 14:10; 1 Cor. 3:13; 2 Cor. 5:10, which declare that the believers, too, shall be judged. Jesus makes the whole matter plain: not a single sin of the believers is mentioned in the judgment, examined, probed, and judged, only the good works of believers are named; so they are, indeed, not brought into judgment, and yet they are judged. All the sins of the unbelievers are brought forward, and on the basis of these sins they are damned forever.[3]for have been rejected the gifts and blessings from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

35 For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, 36 I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you drink? 38 And when did we see you a stranger and welcome you, or naked and clothe you? 39 And when did we see you sick or in prison and visit you?’ 40 And the King will answer them, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these my brothers, you did it to me.’

41 “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. 42 For I was hungry and you gave me no food, I was thirsty and you gave me no drink, 43 I was a stranger and you did not welcome me, naked and you did not clothe me, sick and in prison and you did not visit me.’ 44 Then they also will answer, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to you?’ 45 Then he will answer them, saying, ‘Truly, I say to you, as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to me.’ 46 And these will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” [4]

In these particular verses of 35 and 40 on the account of Matthew we will see clearly what Jesus told about the good works , some preachers and denominations thougth by doing these works they will be saved, And by this good works they will be justified in front of the King of Kings but what is true is that only by faith in Christ alone And by His death on the cross we believers receive the righteousness and the Crown of glory who comes from the son of the King of Kings Jesus Christ our savior, so how can we do these works now the Lord Jesus Christ tells us about, we only do this works because Christ himself he's the one who works in our lives through the Holy Spirit by the means of grace that we receive his gifts and  blessings ,The Holy Spirit is kind to be able to work and do the good works to other  brothers, so Christ who live in us and by his grace we can do what Jesus Christ had been done for us we don't do it because these good works can saves us, we do this because on response of the love of Christ and in  our  seeking of our sanctification, So the King of Kings He's going to invite us to His Kingdom to receive the Crown of glory who is being purchased from His son Jesus Christ when He paid all the debt of our sins  in the Cross, We believers trust in His redemption and salvation by Faith alone in the Son of Man. But those who are not doing this good works and had been rejected the gifts and blessings who come from the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and have denied Him as our Lord and Savior, all of them have been separated from righteousness and been thrown to the Fire for the eternity. The Lord Jesus Christ, it is clear in This Words of the Final Judgment to everybody to every nation and language. That it is only two final destinations of the Kingdom of Heaven or the lake of fire for all the eternity. So let us rejoice because the Son of Man has giving us His Righteousness and all believers will be Judge also as Righteous before the Throne of Glory all our sins have been paid in full, and when the book of life will be open all our sinfulness will be declare in Nothing for Our Condemnation, Jesus Christ is the One who set us free by Faith in Him, when the Word Alone has been proclaimed by His Grace Alone to the Deo Gloria Amen !

May the peace of God who trespasses all understanding keep you heart and soul to life everlasting Amen
